TAP Merchandising Customer Insights

1. Bc once I clock out my mind shifts and I don't always remember to hit that cloud and upload, it should just automatically upload it once you clock out or have you hit that button before clocking out.

2. While Tap app has remained at the top of my favorite vendor apps, rated 4/5 because it could be pushed harder toward pursuit of max potential.Needed for work.

3. It provides a user friendly experience to accomplish vital communication and cumulative survey reporting for partnering businesses.

4. Oh I don't like the clock out then cloud upload your photos thing.

5. It shifts off of the page to a blank page at the first number or letter entered in the password line and for no where.

6. As a vendor, Tap has been a mandatory part of my employee routine for the past three years.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix TAP Merchandising Issues

1. Fix TAP Merchandising Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart TAP Merchandising: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the TAP Merchandising App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TAP Merchandising" » Open TAP Merchandising » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TAP Merchandising » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear TAP Merchandising app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TAP Merchandising servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TAP Merchandising" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check TAP Merchandising app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TAP Merchandising might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall TAP Merchandising. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TAP Merchandising then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TAP Merchandising not working


2. Fix TAP Merchandising Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TAP Merchandising be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TAP Merchandising not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TAP Merchandising may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
