Why should I report an Issue with RV LIFE - RV GPS & Campgrounds?

2. Please fix this! Thanks!Updated review after many trips & thousands of miles: For trip planning - 10/10, REALLY good app for trip planning, research, and RV-safe routes.

3. These seem like easy fixes but has never been improved sufficiently.I want to like this app, love trip planning but when I go to use it for navigation.

4. DO NOT PURCHASE!!! This app has the potential to be a good app, but it crashes, all the time! Even had it crash in the middle of heavy traffic and to make matters worse our turn was a mile out.

5. Shouldn't it have audio? Fyi: I DO have audio on Google Maps.This app has potential but it is not good at all for ease of use, especially while traveling.

7. The app adds hours of driving time onto longer routes and up to 2 hours for shorter routes for no reason we can figure out.

1. Fix RV LIFE Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RV LIFE: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RV LIFE App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RV LIFE" » Open RV LIFE - RV GPS & Campgrounds » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RV LIFE » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RV LIFE - RV GPS & Campgrounds app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RV LIFE servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RV LIFE - RV GPS & Campgrounds" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RV LIFE app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RV LIFE might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RV LIFE. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RV LIFE then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RV LIFE not working

2. Fix RV LIFE Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RV LIFE be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RV LIFE not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RV LIFE may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
