1. Crashes immediately every time I try to scan something on my Android phone, though it works fine on iPhone...Funktioniert einwandfrei, obwohl mein Smartphone nicht das beste ist.
2. Vor allem die 360° Bilder finde ich super.I tried now for 5 min to get the app to scan, but nothing.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ar Issues
1. Fix ar Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart ar: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the ar App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ar" » Open ar:Life – ABENTEUER UND REISEN » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ar » click "UPDATE".
- Clear ar:Life – ABENTEUER UND REISEN app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ar servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ar:Life – ABENTEUER UND REISEN" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check ar app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ar might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall ar. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ar then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ar not working
2. Fix ar Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ar be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
