1. Thank You!It is great and helpful.in many ways, and become handy , also helps in all situations.It is really fantastic n nice, i like it, very easy to locate a place n accurate.One can't search for a street with it leave alone other things.Nice App! I think it's very useful for all of us.

2. Not slow and is pretty darn accurate.The bright red road finder helps the route show up, and a real picture is excellent.

3. There's an option to temporarily switch to the browser incognito mode, but it will quietly switch itself back out as soon as you change any other setting (showing the traffic map, for example).

4. This seems to be the perfect alternative to Google Maps.NOTHING WORKS! Could not enter starting or ending location.

5. Distance option would not/could not calculate the mileage.Trucker. This app is awesome and extremely useful.

6. It took locations but gave no option to submit or bring up a route.

1. Fix Road Map Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Road Map: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Road Map App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Road Map" » Open Road Map - GPS Navigation » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Road Map » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Road Map - GPS Navigation app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Road Map servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Road Map - GPS Navigation" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Road Map app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Road Map might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Road Map. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Road Map then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Road Map not working

2. Fix Road Map Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Road Map be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Road Map not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Road Map may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
