1. It is also perfect for anybody who uses the pomoduro technique - use the custom timer settings to specify work and break intervals.I have tried many different apps where you can enter your own workout.
2. My only problem is that it tends to crash and not save/resume a timer when I navigate away from it (for example, when creating a timer, if I change to another app to reference what I need to add to the timer; or when using a timer and navigate away to respond to a text or change my music).
3. The only thing I wish is that there were more colors for organizing different workout outs and that they weren't super close to each other on the color wheel. This app used to be great; now it really only supports iOS.
4. Am using Seconds solely for a core body workout from the Tapp Brothers (small plug there, just a fan) and it's worth it!Very useful.
5. Several varieties of workouts can be programmed into Seconds Pro, along with customized sets and set lengths, rest times, and even custom colors! The voice announces what's next and counts down the last few seconds at the end of each set.
6. If I need to allot a specific amount of time to work on something before moving on to my next commitment this helps me stop on time eliminating the risk of falling into hyperfocus and continuing to work.
7. The frustrating thing about deprecating the sound settings that would speak the round titles is that it still works for old/imported workouts but you cannot set it up for new ones.
8. My singular complaint is that the text-to-speech feature ONLY announces exercise names in the pre-made templates, not for the personalized workouts, and that really needs to be made clear in the description.
9. Finally it will open the first timer I made every time after launch, regardless of which timer I click on.
10. Developer doesn't respond or care. This app has kept me on track with my workouts! I can workout anywhere and anytime as long as I have my phone.
11. Using Google Music and Alerts volume is turned all the way up in sound settings.
