1. I've waiting to get a reimbursement for almost 2 years, I opened several cases on their website, called their call center dozens of time and even went to their agencies several times...The worst of the worst!If I can give zero star, I will, I have been promised after my voucher expires, a refund for a two tickets I bought for my brothers for more than two years now, I have wasted a lot of money calling there customer care number and always different stories, when I sent them an email they will only reply after I call the customer care, they ask for my bank details and up still now they never reply or refund me.

I'll advice anybody not to risk using this app for any future booking.More than bad experience actually it is a disaster.We had a reservation and took the rapide test but they refused to let us get on plane as this is not the needed test but they did not cooperate in any way to change the reservation .Very rude staff not a bit educated and leaks communication skills should be changed if the company wants to keep a good image.
3. But thanks to covid-19 I had to take royal air maroc for the first time to visit my family in Morocco and it was a disaster!!! They didn't let me board the plane because they couldn't find my name in their computer and didn't try to help me find out why after showing my receipt of purchase.
4. It is such a waste of time.The worst travel experience! Been traveling for 33 years with companies from all over the world with no problem.
5. Customer's services take like 10 hours to answer your phone.Absolute garbage experience dealing with this airline.

9. The money was taken from my account but I didn't receive a ticket and it shows the reservationas cancelled even though it was paid.
10. Arrived at the airport ready for our flight just to find out that for no reason we have been kicked out and have no more seat.
11. Promised me a refund after canceling my flight and refusing to return my money.
