Not impressedit is really obvious that who develop the mobile applicatio has no clue about user experience, its the worst I ever experience In my life slow you have to enter the details every time although it ask you would you like to save the information for next time and it doesn't do that not user friendly for picking the country from drop down list no development at all since 3 yrs pathetic app π I don't recommendRoyal Jordan π―π΄ is very bad flight I don't recommend any one to use it , flight is bad , service is very bad , they are not friendly.Kindly, I can't express how disappointed I'm after losing my flight.

Similar failure fails for basic tasks such as information about international connections upon arrival or on flight amenities.One of the worst travel experiences ever, the luggage found damaged and the claim report was done then no respond from your side, ignoring for the calls and emails, it's been a month since that !!!Thank you for everything.
3. Truly manage your booking, that's a different story.As a software product manager with experience in mobile apps, I find this app has not been built with "Jobs-to-be-done" in mind.
4. Simple example, trying to find out how to view seat selections and change my seat has been difficult! This is coming from a person that travels a lot with Gold status at both Delta and AA.
