1. I have no idea how it works because I put in ALL my info just fine (name, email, password.) BUT then when I had to set up the rest and put in my birthdate it kept glitching!! And I never got past the birthday!! Because it kept changing it to a whole new date and wouldnt let me go any further!! 👎Just downloaded this app a few minutes ago, I start answering questions on the app and it glitches me out of the app.

2. But I couldn't pay even if I wanted to because the page won't MOVE! I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it but it still isn't recognizing my "free" month.My doctor recommended this app, but it won't let me create an account.

3. I did not see much value in what was available for free so I didn't feel like it was worth it to subscribe to additional content.Downloaded app after seeing an ad for it.

4. Hopefully in the future this app will become better so I can try it again.I got a free month trial, set up an account, put in my credit card information, and downloaded the app.

5. Fantastic content - the free educational videos are available to everyone and the additional features are qell worth the price.

6. I could really use some help and was hoping this app would be the solution, but not being able to create an account is really frustrating.Would give it zero stars but unfortunately.. not an option.

8. I signed in for the first time and it said my phone number was wrong!! What's going on? The page froze so I contacted support but haven't heard anything back.

9. The create an account page doesn't submit, I don't get any error messages, and it tells me I already have an account.

1. Fix Rosy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rosy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rosy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rosy" » Open Rosy - Women's Health » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rosy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rosy - Women's Health app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rosy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rosy - Women's Health" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rosy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rosy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rosy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rosy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rosy not working

2. Fix Rosy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rosy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rosy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rosy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
