1. At the time, there is, as always, a big difference between the functions available in the Android App and the ones available in the iOS App, for example there is no 4K target tracking in Android, it works just fine with the iOS one.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Rollei GO! Issues

1. Fix Rollei GO! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Rollei GO!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Rollei GO! App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rollei GO!" » Open Rollei GO! » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rollei GO! » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Rollei GO! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rollei GO! servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rollei GO!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Rollei GO! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rollei GO! might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Rollei GO!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rollei GO! then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rollei GO! not working
