Why should I report an Issue with pCrop: Photo Resizer&Compress?

1. Need for every official work, at the time of from fill up image size has to be reduced as per requirement.Love the app, but I am not allowed to purchase no ads version :( When I go into "Pro version" option and click "buy plan" it says server error.It's useful to reduce the size of the images and reduces phone storage and can store images without deleting when the lack of storage in your deviceI would like to define custom aspect ratios when cropping.

2. I don't want to give away all my personal data before even trying an app or having the chance to buy it and keep ad free.Very good app it made the wallpaper i want fit perfectly on my Android i would really recommend it to anyone who is having trouble with the size of their wallpaper.

3. It just lit 💥This app needs a bit more update like.... it's image selection is too hard when u hav to select too many images to compres or resize... pls fix it.

4. Hope this can be fixed as it's not practical especially when similar apps open upon touching their icon, no waiting.

1. Fix pCrop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart pCrop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the pCrop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "pCrop" » Open pCrop: Photo Resizer&Compress » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for pCrop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear pCrop: Photo Resizer&Compress app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from pCrop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "pCrop: Photo Resizer&Compress" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check pCrop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, pCrop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall pCrop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall pCrop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing pCrop not working

2. Fix pCrop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make pCrop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to pCrop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, pCrop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
