1. Someone needs to fix this and it only needs permission to my files I am printing.When I first got this app on my previous android it worked perfectly, my new device as well, after upgrading to Android 13 there's issues with the app not being able to support this version.. okay granted it's not Ricoh's fault but then before all this there was an update which obliterated whatever algorithm that was there prior which was efficient and amazingly fast, I used to brag about this app but now I am left in the dust and cannot conduct business as I've invested in this brand, Hayibo!!Rubbish app , can't print anything off.

Frustrating considering it a very expensive printerThe application is useful for printing from tablets or mobile to my Richo printer But it needs few improvements like printing multiple images or slides on one page And the most important is selecting which pages I want to print from the document I sent it to printApp works.

3. Jobs get stopped at machines and have to be manually pushed thru and if the job was sent to do multiple copies,it will only print one as a result of being stopped at the machine.

4. It would be awesome if they stopped with the request after the fifth time I get them.It's great being able to print from my phone.

5. Won't print pictures only documents and only 1 page or it errors outCan't get it to print files on Android 14 from inside the app anymore.

6. I don't feel it needs my contacts and precise location to print a paper.

7. App still works even if you don't turn said permissions on, so someone needs to fix this.Most folks who complain about the app probably have not stopped to experiment with it.

8. I have found that I can print almost anything by simply using the share function on my phone.

9. I don't know why samsung won't print to a ricoh printer but this app is not the answer.

10. So a 10 page document had to be sent 10 times printing one page at a time.

11. If I share the file with the ricoh connector app it works.So used to work great.
