1. very clunky app design.Love the user-friendly of the app , It shows some nice people actually put many consideration in to developing it ... But it eats too much CPU-memory , the only photo feature of it works for me ... it always crashes during video editing or freezes with 0% rendering ; I stopped and cleaned up all background apps even google , basic phone related apps ... Yet still crashes , but anyway Thanks , it makes great photos :-)Great once you get used to it.Many of the features are quite difficult to understand but with practice this an produce great results.

2. The forced tutorial videos, the inability to sort by date taken are extremely frustrating.I thought apps were supposed to get better with updates... App is killing the space on my phone probably because it's kept images in its database since the initial launch of the app and there is "no way" to delete these ghost files just like there is no option to contact support.

3. Can't pan around ages in the gallery to pick the desired image if you dont know what's on the back side.I made the mistake of updating to the latest version and now it's impossible to save a photo in landscape format.

4. I shoot 360 on DSLR so when I try to use my large image files in theta+ the app crashes, so I have to compress the image files by at least 1/4 of the original size which makes the end results look awful.

5. It is fairly good for the video produced by the MadV but lacks some important features such as angle of view control.Good basic editing app, works with all 360 photo and video.

6. I would 1000% be willing to pay for an upgraded version of this app that would allow larger image files and better animation, just saying.

7. There also doesn't seem to be an easy way to rescan the thumbnails or change the folder where files are stored.

8. If I photograph a landscape I want a result which is a landscape not a portrait! The previous version allowed me to save pictures in 1920x1080 orientation and resolution.

9. it is impossible to store produced files in a chosen folder.

10. Can't move image around while touching up, you have to save each change then move the image as needed, repeat.

11. The GUI is awful, chosing and saving files is tedious and performance overall is poor.

1. Fix THETA+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart THETA+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the THETA+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "THETA+" » Open THETA+ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for THETA+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear THETA+ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from THETA+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "THETA+" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check THETA+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, THETA+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall THETA+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall THETA+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing THETA+ not working

2. Fix THETA+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make THETA+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to THETA+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, THETA+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
