Without ability to trigger a photo remotly i'll lose 90% of my use cases.I broke my camera within a month of having it I chipped a lens There was apparently only one person in the call center and the only option was to send the my camera and $200 before they'd even look at it I didn't even want them to look at it cuz I knew exactly what was wrong with it and all I wanted was a spare part apparently you cannot get any services unless you're willing to give them cash upfront with no promises them actually be able to fix anything.
