1. Some months, corporate sponsors may provide a pool of cash and product contributions you can help secure for your selected group or you can participate in the monthly walking goal or challenge.
2. You can help raise awareness and support for animal welfare organizations and deserving pets looking for their forever homes, simply by walking with this free mobile app.
3. Simply pick your favorite animal welfare partner from the list, start the app, and go for a walk, run or participate in any other outdoor activity that can be measured by GPS and involves a speed of less than 14 mph.
4. At the end of every activity, share about your adventure and pet to help inspire more to adopt and save them all.
5. Please note: continued use of GPS running in the background may significantly decrease battery life.
1. No matter how small.idea is awesome, but walks keep going to"Pause"! i get credit or only part of the walks, and in one case after walking about 2 miles i got zero- it paused itself for entire walk! I always shrink app, and phone in in leather case, so i know I'm not accidentally tapping pause.
2. Not sure what happened over the past month, but it's frustrating enough that I'm going to check into other apps to help my chosen rescue.I think this app can be improved by being able to connect / share with other fitness apps, or log a walk if the data was interrupted because of cell service getting interrupted, phone dying.
3. The app then just locks in a "refreshing " mode or unable to find any other rescues.Wish I could change or add a photo after saving walk and that the map was visible after the walk ended.
4. I also walk a circle in a dog park and it doesn't record that walk as a walk because I didn't change geographical location enough.
5. Great concept if it would keep accurate or even half accuracy walk distance.
6. Used to be I could have my phone in my pocket or my sports bra and would have a very accurate GPS picture (even used it in Arches Nat'l Park in Utah on a hike when we mistakenly got off the trail and it got us back on track), now it's not even right when I'm holding it in my hand (while juggling 3 dogs on leashes).
7. UPDATE 4.27.20 Starts up fine but now doesn't accurately log walk.
8. I use other apps for tracking walks and they're fine so it's not the GPS on my phone.
9. I usually walk three miles a day and I'm lucky if my charity gets credit for even a half mile.
10. I walk 1km one way and come down back down the same street and doesn't record the second km.
11. Within the last few months it's hit or miss (more miss lately) on reading the walk.
