I'd rather sell somewhere else than keep waiting multiple times for a company that only promises but never deliversThe modus operandi is good, first they will hook you with a higher price for your old phone so that you don't look for any other option of selling, then on the scheduled day you keep waiting for the phone to be picked up, the pick up guy came 15 min beyond my pick up slot, and then the pick up guy would tell you that there is some problem with your phone and get the earlier quoted price down by almost 1k...but just a tip don't fall for it and stick to your price...not a delightful experience.very buggy app and service.

I was with Cashify since last 2 years but this time it seesm that they have lost the interest in old customers.I have a bad experience with cashify, they show different price while taking a phone and then after full inspection of phone they will give you less money, even phone is in good condition.

   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cashify" » Open Cashify: Buy & Sell Old Phones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cashify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cashify: Buy & Sell Old Phones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cashify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cashify: Buy & Sell Old Phones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cashify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cashify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cashify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cashify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cashify not working

2. Fix Cashify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cashify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cashify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cashify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
