1. I had to cancel it.Bad experience never again 1- I paid online 599AED already for item which they forgot to mention in the system for Aramex demanding me to pay 550 AED, 2 hrs later Aramex txt me asking for 583 AED.. Which totally unacceptable price wise & accuracy 2- the item took 10 days to arrive & i had to return it because of the payment issue though aramex talked to citruss customer service infront of me on phone, they could've ask him to handover the item 3-they said it will take sometime to fix the issueThey are not mentioning the refund policy in a clear way for a purpose, you can't refund or return unless the product is broken, but if you can't return if the productt didn't match your expectations, I will never buy againTotal SCAM :(( I've been waiting for my order more than 15 days and suddenly they informed me that I have to make the order again with around 1000 EGP extra !!!...

2. Had a very good experience buying from the app, also received my order very fastPlease the app can't open 🔓 they said technical problems so I should contact you guys please I need a helpI couldn't use the app.

3. Bad experience for 2 reasons: 1.Application is not working in my mobile Samsung 9 plus (Error connecting to server, please try again later).
