Why should I report an Issue with Receipt & Invoice?

Me thinks it would be better if the receipts can be a bit more detailed by showing the totals for the period requested, the total discounts given as well as the totals for different payment modes...... Otherwise it's a generally good app as compared to others.Weaknesses and disadvantages of this application: 1.

3. just made 6 receipts, suddenly the application asks to pay Rm57.99 and it says "PAY ONLY ONCE WITHOUT RECURRING PAYMENT" i continue to pay, after paying I can't use the application anymore, it is keep asking to pay again and againI don't like some of the new changes... 1.

4. So, although I wanted to leave a stellar review I just can't because I have to go back to square 1 with invoices.I really enjoyed using this app until it suddenly locked me out and demanded that I pay 11.99 to continue using it.

5. Estimates, Invoices and Receipt windows are glitchy.- Items are not showing.

9. The reason I give three stars is because for the past couple months there is an issue with sending invoices via email.

10. Why did they hide the preview button on the invoices, now that's an extra click to review the invoices 2.

11. The all button is gone and now they don't filter! We already needed a better way to filter the invoices by the status.

1. Fix Receipt & Invoice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Receipt & Invoice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Receipt & Invoice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Receipt & Invoice" » Open Receipt & Invoice » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Receipt & Invoice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Receipt & Invoice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Receipt & Invoice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Receipt & Invoice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Receipt & Invoice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Receipt & Invoice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Receipt & Invoice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Receipt & Invoice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Receipt & Invoice not working

2. Fix Receipt & Invoice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Receipt & Invoice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Receipt & Invoice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Receipt & Invoice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
