1. Very irresponsible and unprofessional driversWhen the captain cancel's the ride, why can't they give an option on whether we want a new ride or not...they'll just contact other captain which sometimes create problems...... And our ride gets booked automatically which is really annoying...... sometimes the captains just cancel the ride if the location is far...... However Once they have received the order they are suppose to go even if its near or far, but instead they'll ask us to cancel when it's clearly their shortcoming.......So terrible experience auto driver asking for extra money.

And for next immediate trip I was given dicounted coupon, when I completed the trip bill amount of without coupon was charged stating I travelled extra when both pickup and drop location was verified by app itself.. And more over I was dropped before few meters of acual destination which is shorter trip then booked.This app always promotes unprofessional drives few are rude and few are alcoholics.. this app is not safe for girls.

3. I would like to see the map's navigation can be improved in Rapido, as when I want to see the directions I should be able to change the map's direction(right,left,flip) to make me understand correctly.Costing more than Uber also some might accept the request and check the distance and location and cancel the drop also some people will be having some urgent works.

4. Go with some ola uber etc atleast they take what they show on screenVery bad experience, the auto driver always charge extra than the price shown in the app, very difficult to get rides too.

5. PATHETIC TO THE CORE.Very bad experience I have been trying to book rapido from past 15 days on a regular basis but haven't been able to find any drivers nearby.. As a result I had to take another option which was expensive.

6. Also don't know why, drivers are skeptical about not being offered cash! Then what is the purpose of a QR code to pay? Also drivers ask for extra cash! For getting a rapido I guess I would have to stand upside down and run about the area to the main road.

7. The wait timer is started before the driver reaches the pickup location.The worst app ever.

8. And I live in an area where ola and uber cabs are available 24/7 so area is not an issueI was charged extra stating as previous due when I know I don't have dues as I paid for every trip then and there itself.

9. Drivers always calls to the customers and ask about the drop location and then hangs up the call if they are uncomfortable with the drop location.

10. Sometimes the current location is pointing at the wrong address and leading to confusion between the driver and the customer.

11. When the driver sees the location he do not come to pickup and says no.

1. Fix Rapido Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rapido: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rapido App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rapido" » Open Rapido: Bike-Taxi, Auto & Cabs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rapido » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rapido: Bike-Taxi, Auto & Cabs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rapido servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rapido: Bike-Taxi, Auto & Cabs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rapido app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rapido might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rapido. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rapido then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rapido not working

2. Fix Rapido Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rapido be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rapido not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rapido may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
