Why should I report an Issue with 티맵 - 대중교통, 대리운전, 주차, 렌터카, 공항버스?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of TMAP MOBILITY CO. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It also does not have a function where we report on the app to alert other drivers that police is nearby (unlike Waze) so it's not good.the map takes you around unnecessary routes to cause much delay.Incorrect maps.

2. The voice recognition barley works, it keeps redirecting and it directed us to a pay road though we could have gone through without paying in the same duration of time!!! I have no idea how you made this, but the accuracy is terrible 70% for bicycles and 90% for cars.

3. And, English version please.I get that making an app is hard, but naver made this, and if they filed a lawsuit to get ggoogle maps banned,(in my knowledge) the least they can d9lk is give an equivalent experience.

4. The program sometimes considers violation before the actual speed limitation sign.Too many ads.

1. Fix 티맵 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 티맵: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 티맵 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "티맵" » Open 티맵 - 대중교통, 대리운전, 주차, 렌터카, 공항버스 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 티맵 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 티맵 - 대중교통, 대리운전, 주차, 렌터카, 공항버스 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 티맵 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "티맵 - 대중교통, 대리운전, 주차, 렌터카, 공항버스" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 티맵 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 티맵 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 티맵. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 티맵 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 티맵 not working

2. Fix 티맵 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 티맵 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 티맵 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 티맵 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
