Why should I report an Issue with Qibla Connect: Qibla Direction?

1. When I open the app I'm presented with a bunch of prompts that I need to close to get to where I need that I ended up using google search cause it's faster... Contacted support and no response.Showing ads even after buying premium subscription it is recurring issue comes up every few days and gets corrected in few days, developer did not respond to emails, purchased subscription going in vein.

UPDATE: I've paid for the premium to get rid of the Ads (and to support the App), but one thing I hoped paying premium might help was: accessing the notifications from within the app itself rather than just seeing them partially in the phone notifications bar - sadly this didn't work either! TO DEVELOPER: Can you fix this plz? Comments say it's really a problem!Tis is a great app.

3. The app crashes if I try to input a prayer from the notification bar, I wish I could adjust the volume for each notification (louder for fajar but quieter for duhar), and I'd be so thankful if it included hadeeth.I'm being asked to pay again for premium after reinstalling the app.

4. The only problem is that you can't always see the full text when you pull down your notification bar, when you try and click on it to view in full.screen, it takes you to the app but.the actual quote is no longer available and therefore can't be found.I enjoy the app and find it beneficial.

5. The only thing I find that doesnt work well is the daily reminders that come through, is only visible through the notification window and not accessible when going into the app itself.

6. Because of that, most of the reminders are missed because you cannot view all the content in the notification window.It wasn't able to detect the current location in many occasions, but now it's much better.

8. Thanks.Why just a compas need all permissions to make phone calls, access to all my contact list and files and photos and storage? WHY JUST A COMPAS I NEED.

9. When reading Quran in the app in the very bottom, where the play button is, you need to fix it, it won't let you see the text or translation.

10. Can't see the prayer notifications cause they're always hidden under other random notifications which can't be controlled.

1. Fix Qibla Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Qibla Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Qibla Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Qibla Connect" » Open Qibla Connect: Qibla Direction » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Qibla Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Qibla Connect: Qibla Direction app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Qibla Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Qibla Connect: Qibla Direction" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Qibla Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Qibla Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Qibla Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Qibla Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Qibla Connect not working

2. Fix Qibla Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Qibla Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Qibla Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Qibla Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
