1. The spiral book works fine, and I can child the cover back so it takes uo a minimal about of surface space, unlike the loose leaf notebook.I loved this app until it just stopped uploading the PDFs after a month of use.

2. Funny that it worked long enough that now I can't get a refund and now I'm stuck with an app that can just take pictures of my pages, but doesn't allow me to save them as PDFs or upload them anywhere I could actually make use of them.Useless, POS, broken, incomplete, falsely advertised.

3. The app itself is pretty poor anyway, the pictures it takes aren't great, I could probably get a better shot by taking a picture of an A4 notebook and edit it in Lightroom.

4. Nice concept, poor execution.Worked fine for a couple weeks, but now the app keeps crashing and when I can open the app for about 10 seconds, it doesn't seem to have any of my notes in there.

5. I mean, why else would simple, and advertised, functionality be missing?Just as i was starting to get the hang of the quirks in shooting clear images with this app, it put huge watermarks on every single page of the exported PDF, covering up my notes.

6. I got around this by exporting the files onto Drive as pdfs, but when I attached them onto my email from drive the email couldn't read the files.

7. The app itself is enough for me to stop using the actual product or even use competitors instead who have better apps and practically similar products.I tried using an earlier version of the app, and I found it cumbersome and counter-intuitive.

8. I'm better off just taking photos of the pages to PDF, or using a regular notepad and scanning the old fashioned way.

1. Fix Elfinbook Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Elfinbook: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Elfinbook App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Elfinbook" » Open Elfinbook - Scanner & OCR, exp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Elfinbook » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Elfinbook - Scanner & OCR, exp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Elfinbook servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Elfinbook - Scanner & OCR, exp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Elfinbook app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Elfinbook might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Elfinbook. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Elfinbook then reinstall.
