Why should I report an Issue with Procreate :sketch and drawing 🎨🖌️?

1. WASTE OF STORAGE SPACE.How can you draw with this? It only has 1brush a eraser and back button and color change its good for drawing simple but you can't do anything with itThis app only has one brush and it's not like the pictures not even close to the pictures and it's not what it's like you can only use one brush and the Eraser sometimes won't even work and it's just a horrible app and you shouldn't download it cuz it's like I said it's not like the pictures and it only has one brush basically they're ripping you off that's why I gave it a one-star.

2. How do you even add layers? Anyway, i would reccomend to have a app which is easy to draw and have better tools and being able to add layers easily.Terrible, there is only one type of brush, and it looks like Ibis X paint app.

3. In that app there are many types of brush and u can smudge, and blur! You can even add pictures and draw on it! Go check it out! :-)Isnt what it says.

4. And how the fact you cannot change the shortness of the paint brush.

5. There is only one brush shape and aren't different texture brushes.

6. Don't install it unless it's for a for your child.Only 1 brush option.

8. I installed this for my daughter because she's a digital artist and she said its like a child game.

9. But I HIGHLY recommend ibis X paint.

1. Fix Procreate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Procreate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Procreate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Procreate" » Open Procreate :sketch and drawing 🎨🖌️ » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Procreate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Procreate :sketch and drawing 🎨🖌️ app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Procreate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Procreate :sketch and drawing 🎨🖌️" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Procreate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Procreate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Procreate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Procreate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Procreate not working

2. Fix Procreate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Procreate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Procreate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Procreate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
