1. Seems sketchy.I was trying to match a color using a photo like you can on home depots project color app (Lowes is the closest store to where I live) but this app is making you connect some sort of light scanning device to color match which I'm sure costs hundreds of dollars.
2. I went so far as to color match our cabinet and tile samples so we can "translate" them into SW colors rather than attempt to describe them or depending on pictures that will vary with different monitors.Useless app.
3. HaDoes not want to connect to the color match tool.
4. I'm just trying to match a vanity color in my home to paint the walls.Does not give an acurate color.
5. Deleted app and reinstalled multiple times, reset color match tool and still nothing.
6. It immediately requested to 'Allow Match to find, connect to, and determine the relative position of nearby devices?' and some other permissions as well, and didn't open or load otherwise.
7. You take a picture it gives a multitude of colors off of one single color wall with no glare.
8. Also there is no way to "favorite" or save a color to group the ones you like.Large download after they get your email.
9. I'm not contacting your help.support.customer service whatever, you can read. When I started using this tool I had no expectations on what it could do, and maybe as a result of that I think this is an awesome gadget and it works great for me.
10. Like when you search, then click a color, and then go back - you've lost all your search results and you have to do a new search.
11. Worked first time for 2 colors then have never been able to get it to connect again.
