1. Is there an email address I can send an email to for assistance?EDIT TO REPLY: When your customer service can't seem to respond to my review by my actual name and instead call me "Tammy", yes! Your app deserves every bit of the 1 star I gave it.

2. Another task the store closed, I took photos of the abandoned building, comes back unpaid "no images uploaded".

3. Again, even though this app had a few minor problems I'm glad the support team is quick on helping everyone through it.Love it! The app has you take pictures of stuff in like grocery stores.

4. However I did send an email to you.It is a fantastic app and it is a perfect platform to earn money.

5. The task before that, the store moved across the highway and the app kept insisting I wasn't close enough.

6. Tried to send messages, I guess customer service, but don't get a reply.

7. Even though in the end I still couldn't get pass the answer box for the food lion task, their kind bonus was more than enough to compensate for it.

8. I took several shelf images, comes back as unpaid "no images uploaded".

9. cashing out and going to a different app.Easiest money Ive ever made!! My only complaint is that there's not enough in my area.

10. I took images of the new address AND emailed, you guessed it, NOT PAID.

11. It kept asking for a one time verification code which takes forever to get and then they said it's the wrong code.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PICKL Issues

1. Fix PICKL Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart PICKL: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the PICKL App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PICKL" » Open PICKL: Quick Cash & Survey » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PICKL » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear PICKL: Quick Cash & Survey app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PICKL servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PICKL: Quick Cash & Survey" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check PICKL app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PICKL might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall PICKL. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PICKL then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PICKL not working


2. Fix PICKL Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PICKL be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PICKL not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PICKL may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
