5. Yes they are necessary so they can see the work is complete but there are some that can use the same ones I feel it would save some time and that's the time when my phone freezes.

6. More and more gigs require more and more work, time, and hassle for less and less money.Kinda like mystery shopping, except you don't have to be incognito.

7. Overall, I think it is great for easy cash if you have a car.Assignments are supposed to be claim & go but you have to have a good enough score.

8. I have times where I've been on that same connection paying my bills, emailing, Facebook and browsing/shopping/buying- with no problem! I've emailed the company but never got a single reply.

9. +100 miles for a $7 gig? No! Literally the only app where hitting the "Enter" button when composing a message that doesn't make a new line but sends the message instead.

10. My score keeps getting lowered for missing assignments that don't ever show up in the app for me to complete.

11. I used to love doing the work and there's lots of it but until it's fixed it really doesn't matter.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Merchandiser Issues

1. Fix Merchandiser Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Merchandiser: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Merchandiser App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Merchandiser" » Open Merchandiser by Survey.com » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Merchandiser » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Merchandiser by Survey.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Merchandiser servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Merchandiser by Survey.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Merchandiser app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Merchandiser might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Merchandiser. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Merchandiser then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Merchandiser not working


2. Fix Merchandiser Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Merchandiser be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Merchandiser not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Merchandiser may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I’m asking to have all my personal information as well as this account be shut down. This is my fourth attempt I will retain a lawyer if necessary thank you. This app is of no use to me!
