Why should I report an Issue with Square Pic - Blur Photo Editor?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I personally only need it for that one thing The sound on the ads is very loud! I'd happily pay a few £ to remove the ads but I can't see an option to do that.Love the editing features in this app but when I click the Square feature, make some edits, how on earth do I save the changes? There is no Apply/save button on that screen! My phone back button is the only one available.. And when I use that I lose all the edits.Features are good, and I don't mind the ads, they need to make money somehow, but please, please silent the ads!!! The sound of the ads are very very disturbing and annoying.

2. Loving the live photos as well and no cropping is required to make the photo square..... Hi please update for Android 10 Compatibility.I have a suggestion.. Can you introduce automatic blurring in the background.. that is blurring out the scenes behind a person? Without manually having to do it? Otherwise it's a great app!!Very good experience with the app.

3. Just a favor if i may, could u pls look at changing the app 2 allow it 2 b moved over 2 sdcard storage since this isnt one of my necessary "have 2 have" type apps so storage is always an issue but its esp so when a requiement of an app has to live on my internal storage with my gmail & so forth just cant when it comes down 2 it.

4. I hope they update the app soon to fix these bugs.Good app with many features unlocked but too many ads! You can choose to include an IAP to remove ads and add more premium filters in your app.

6. People would surely buy it if it's a good deal (and affordable of course).I love this app.... Even the sketch photos come out really well which has been hard to find.

1. Fix Square Pic Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Square Pic: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Square Pic App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Square Pic" » Open Square Pic - Blur Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Square Pic » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Square Pic - Blur Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Square Pic servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Square Pic - Blur Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Square Pic app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Square Pic might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Square Pic. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Square Pic then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Square Pic not working

2. Fix Square Pic Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Square Pic be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Square Pic not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Square Pic may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
