1. (Plus the ads being shown are false advertising- I've downloaded a couple of the apps in the past, and they're nothing like the ad)Everytime im almost done, it's glitches and goes white screen, I've just wasted an hour trying to give it another chance, but it keeps doing it.

2. By the time I was able to upload my first photo to edit I had to sit thru 4 ads and trying to click out of them opened up 4 different websites.

3. No thanks Update: i completely understand needing ads, but I couldn't even make ONE collage without being taken to the app store twice and three different ads popping up.

4. I have to tap and hold and then hope that moving one of my other fingers can get it to zoom and more often than not it pops right out and goes back to the original or ends up in a different place.

5. This app could be the best collage app in the world, but if it's "free" and then you make it to where you can't use it without paying for it, it's misleading and I personally do not want it.WAY to many ads.. If you're looking to merge two photos or make a collage quickly- THIS IS NOT THE APP.

6. Over the years I've probly installed over a dozens photo editing apps.. I've never ever ever seen one this bad.

7. Its very easy to accidentally click it and only has a tiny X in the corner to exit so it took me a minute to figure out I didn't have to actually buy it and could exit out.

1. Fix Photo Collage Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Photo Collage: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Photo Collage App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Photo Collage" » Open Photo Collage - Pic Grid Maker » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Photo Collage » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Photo Collage - Pic Grid Maker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Photo Collage servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Photo Collage - Pic Grid Maker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Photo Collage app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Photo Collage might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Photo Collage. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Photo Collage then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Photo Collage not working

2. Fix Photo Collage Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Photo Collage be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Photo Collage not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Photo Collage may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
