1. Really is it the server or fooling people to buy photo add on for the ticketApp used to work fine ...now it just started crashing every single time I try to open a picture... I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing fixes it**Straight Garbage** Apparently the App is no longer supported.

The staff in the shop at the park couldn't help and didn't seem to be aware that there is an issue, which judging from the amount of comments, seems to be affecting a considerable amount of users.unreliable, all i get is server error, i have uninstalled and re installed and all i get is a message saying server is unavailable.
3. It's now a bit pointless buying a photo package if you're not going to be able to actually access the photos.Used to love this app.
4. Fix this!The most useless app, I have been charged extra in my ticket for photos and now I can't retrieve them even after a month due to server issues.
5. IF I COULD GIVE IT A MINUS SCORE I WOULDI used to love this app, no it doesn't work! It doesn't let me login through the app since last year 2021.

I am still waiting for our shutterbuttons moving photograph link, that should have been emailed to me by now. The number is disconnected and no one has responded to my request. Thats not how a business should run. I was told it would be sent Thursday by an employee, and now its over 48 hours later. For the amount we paid for the video, we should have gotten it by now.
