1. Really is it the server or fooling people to buy photo add on for the ticketApp used to work fine ...now it just started crashing every single time I try to open a picture... I have uninstalled and reinstalled nothing fixes it**Straight Garbage** Apparently the App is no longer supported.

The staff in the shop at the park couldn't help and didn't seem to be aware that there is an issue, which judging from the amount of comments, seems to be affecting a considerable amount of users.unreliable, all i get is server error, i have uninstalled and re installed and all i get is a message saying server is unavailable.

3. It's now a bit pointless buying a photo package if you're not going to be able to actually access the photos.Used to love this app.

4. Fix this!The most useless app, I have been charged extra in my ticket for photos and now I can't retrieve them even after a month due to server issues.

5. IF I COULD GIVE IT A MINUS SCORE I WOULDI used to love this app, no it doesn't work! It doesn't let me login through the app since last year 2021.

6. Used to work, but always get Server Error message now.

7. COMPLETLEY UNACCEPTABLE, TOTALLY USELESS AND WONT BE BUYING A PHOTO PASS IN UNIVERSAL AGAIN, ONLY PUT ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO.

8. Also, even the Help link doesn't work.This app used to be good, when it worked.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Amazing Pictures Issues

1. Fix Amazing Pictures Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Amazing Pictures: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Amazing Pictures App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amazing Pictures" » Open Amazing Pictures Mobile » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amazing Pictures » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Amazing Pictures Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amazing Pictures servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amazing Pictures Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Amazing Pictures app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amazing Pictures might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Amazing Pictures. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amazing Pictures then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amazing Pictures not working


2. Fix Amazing Pictures Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amazing Pictures be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amazing Pictures not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amazing Pictures may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • I am still waiting for our shutterbuttons moving photograph link, that should have been emailed to me by now. The number is disconnected and no one has responded to my request. Thats not how a business should run. I was told it would be sent Thursday by an employee, and now its over 48 hours later. For the amount we paid for the video, we should have gotten it by now.
