1. It is not possible to control the volume of the music (or it is hidden), it confuses music playing with crying baby, too many pop-ups, not showing humidity and temperature levels anymore (or it is so intuitive I cannot find it!).

2. Several Android and iOS devices all exceeding minimum requirements cannot connect to camera after it is connected to WiFi (tried two networks, both meeting the requirements).

3. The latest update did not solve the issue after coming late anyway.The new update has now removed the ability to monitor temperature and humidity completely.

8. Also it messes with my phone's audio such that when connected to the camera and the app is open all other audio is distorted and the volume level is way lower.

9. So basically dead now! It appears the camera won't update it's software.

10. Philips got a team of worst engineers available, gave them alcoholic drinks and left them on a boat to design this.

1. Fix uGrow Smart Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart uGrow Smart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the uGrow Smart Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "uGrow Smart Ba" » Open uGrow Smart Baby Monitor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for uGrow Smart Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear uGrow Smart Baby Monitor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from uGrow Smart Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "uGrow Smart Baby Monitor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check uGrow Smart Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, uGrow Smart Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall uGrow Smart Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall uGrow Smart Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing uGrow Smart Ba not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make uGrow Smart Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to uGrow Smart Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, uGrow Smart Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
