1. Is it really mandatory to make my profile video? I tries putting my profile picture but it automatically rotates to the right then my picture gets rejected, yeah cuz the app ruined it? I'm a babysitter and would like to set up my profile to make it public can this matter be looked into?the app is buggy, can't contact any babysitter without updating to premium.

2. Woah, no thanks!I've been trying to use this app for almost a month to find someone to babysit for because I'm pregnant and can't think of anything else to do for income, but every time I try to look for available jobs there's nothing....at all.

3. Wish I could give negative stars because it would get negative 10.It's alright but like I hate you get a limited on texting people I'm trying to hard to be able to babysit, please let me text for than 4 people per 22 hoursScam app.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open Babysits - Find Babysitters » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Babysits - Find Babysitters app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Babysits - Find Babysitters" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
