1. Julian from the customer service team was very helpful in checking everything with me step by step until the issue was resolved.Unlike the reviews I read before I performed installation, I had no problems at all connecting to the bridge or connecting sensors afterwards.

2. After spending for all the upgrades and extra sensors, the system has been nothing but trouble' I even had to upgrade to an android phone to integrate the system to get it to work.

3. I will say when you turn the sensors on the first time by removing the tab, if you scan it right away they're not recognized, it needs like 30-60 seconds before to connect.At first these sensors did not want to work correctly.

4. I would only recommend a 2-piece magnet sensor for a window or swinging door, and the false alarms from these 1-piece sensors seem to be a common problem.

5. I don't often leave reviews, but my experience has been great and I felt like this product was being unfairly down-voted by people that don't really understand what the sensors are capable of.HORRIBLE set up!!! Still cannot figure out how to get this set up.

6. I've decided to just turn them into temperature sensors lol so I guess I got something.The biggest issue that I had with the app on Android Pie was that notifications were not being delivered.

1. Fix Notion Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notion: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notion App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notion" » Open Notion - DIY Smart Monitoring » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notion » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notion - DIY Smart Monitoring app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notion servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notion - DIY Smart Monitoring" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notion app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notion might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notion. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notion then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notion not working

2. Fix Notion Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notion be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notion not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notion may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
