1. I wish we would have bought a different monitor with all the problems we have encountered.Been using this for 5 months now and since a few weeks cannot connect to the server anymore.
2. Forgot about it until today when I found the login details by chance... Now I find that I can't delete my account and all their placeholder Web page does is direct you to the app.Ive had this camera for awhile and after losing connection multiple times we went with a different camera.
3. Now it says it is only supported on older devices so I would have to carry 2 phones around with me to monitor my child!! So disappointed as it was a decent amount of money we spent on just the camera!Really annoyed with this camera and its app.
4. Suddenly 3 weeks ago it stopped working and connecting to the camera all together and now the support page on the website doesn't even exist.
5. Now after about 3 years and a phone upgrade, I was hoping to use the camera to watch our dogs while we're at work.
6. Reinstalling the app has now caused the inability to add a camera at all, so even connecting offline no longer works, rendering the whole cam useless.
7. won't connect to monitor everywhere server, home wi-fi or even stand alone because it requires connecting to the monitor everywhere server.
8. Anyone know if they have an ip to connect to locally?It worked great for the first 2 years or so.
9. Had this camera for 3 years and second one probably 2 years.
10. Kept getting errors saying cannot connect to server.
11. We used this camera for 2.5 years solid.
