1. I wish we would have bought a different monitor with all the problems we have encountered.Been using this for 5 months now and since a few weeks cannot connect to the server anymore.

2. Forgot about it until today when I found the login details by chance... Now I find that I can't delete my account and all their placeholder Web page does is direct you to the app.Ive had this camera for awhile and after losing connection multiple times we went with a different camera.

3. Now it says it is only supported on older devices so I would have to carry 2 phones around with me to monitor my child!! So disappointed as it was a decent amount of money we spent on just the camera!Really annoyed with this camera and its app.

4. Suddenly 3 weeks ago it stopped working and connecting to the camera all together and now the support page on the website doesn't even exist.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Monitor Everywhere Issues

1. Fix Monitor Everywhere Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Monitor Everywhere: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Monitor Everywhere App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Monitor Everywhere" » Open Monitor Everywhere » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Monitor Everywhere » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Monitor Everywhere app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Monitor Everywhere servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Monitor Everywhere" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Monitor Everywhere app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Monitor Everywhere might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Monitor Everywhere. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Monitor Everywhere then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Monitor Everywhere not working
