Iv given 3* due to enjoying when it works.I thought perhaps my poor review of the other oral-b app (yes they have 2 apps and neither work) may have been too harsh and this is the app I needed to change the colour of the smart ring, but no, this app wont even connect to my toothbrush and askes me to update the app.. well I have the latest version of the app.

2. Its has encouraged my children to brush their teeth but most of the time the app doesn't work so my children get a little fed up with it and lose motivation.

3. I will, once I refund this garbage.Pairing a toothbrush causes the app to crash.It is a cool app and encourage kids to brush.

4. Sometimes even if it counts the time spent cleaning my daughters teeth it doesn't then award any point nor register that it has happened afterwards.

5. Tried charging and picking up, pressing power, holding power, power on/off in succession.. Nothing works.

6. Have had similar issue with other phones and the normal Oral-B app in the past.Works reasonably well.

7. Then it more often doesn't pick up the toothbrush killing the purpose of it.

8. Had some difficulty pairing the brush but after doing it once it's been fine.

9. Sometimes the camera works, sometimes it doesn't.

10. So my toothbrush is too new? Your app is too old? You lie on the packaging of your products? Should have bought a Philips Sonicare I suppose.
