About FunDo Pro

1. FunDo Pro is an APP that integrates wearable product data and services, providing users with a complete, unified and convenient user experience. (1) Record daily exercise steps, sleep, and heart rate. (2) Set exercise goals to encourage yourself to complete daily exercise. (3) Count your daily and monthly data, and view historical data at a glance. (4) Reminders for incoming calls, text messages, and APP notifications. (5) Control music players and take photos with your phone via Bluetooth. (6) Some wearable products also support displaying phone contacts (address book) and call logs.

2. Currently, it supports wearable products such as SW series, GT series, GW series, SH series, NX9, W808, and Q08.

FunDo Pro Customer Insights

1. If someone would develop solid American English instructions that cover the details and sequence step by step with illustrations I think it would go a long way to improving the success in installing and configuring the application and getting it to work with a given smart watch.

2. I have successfully configured the watch and application now on two occasions but I am not sure I could possibly repeat the process as it has typically been a round of resets, reinstalls and trial and error until it works.

3. However, with the latest update I'm getting the same "illegal device" error reported by others and can't do much with the watch or the app in the disconnected state.

4. Steps are fine, but it doesn't download sleep or sports data unless I manually hit the sync button.

5. I have given this a 2 Star rating, the application is ok, it does what it does, it's easy enough to navigate... but getting there is not pleasant and takes more time and effort than it should and the frustration to get it all working leaves you feeling unsatisfied.

6. As this is the only smart watch experience I have so I am unable to compare it to how others are to work with.

7. The Battery icon does not display true battery life.. Hopefully, the next update will fix the issues.I have no problem with my smartwatch connecting with the app, however my frustrations are that the face display disappears after 2 seconds! I haven't found a way to adjust this.

8. I'm pretty sure if the app would work properly the watch would be more useful.Pros: The only app that works with my Microwear L8.

9. And there is no scale on the heartbeat chart, so I have no idea when my heart beat went up or down.This app was always a bit fussy to get connected to my watch, but once connected it worked and worked well.

10. Good Luck to All.The watch is ok when it wants to work.

11. The biggest frustration is that it doesn't automatically sync itself with the watch.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix FunDo Pro Issues

1. Fix FunDo Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart FunDo Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the FunDo Pro App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FunDo Pro" » Open FunDo Pro » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FunDo Pro » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear FunDo Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FunDo Pro servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FunDo Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check FunDo Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FunDo Pro might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall FunDo Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FunDo Pro then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FunDo Pro not working


2. Fix FunDo Pro Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FunDo Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FunDo Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FunDo Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • The Fundo Pro app will not connect to my Google Pixel 4A (5g) I have a SENBOS brand smartwatch. The phone and the watch are paired successfully through Bluetooth. However your app does not want to communicate with the watch. Sometimes there is an error message that says " illegal device use genuine" please help with this issue.

  • Fundo Pro installed on my Google Android phone and try connecting with smart watch from Shenzhen Fen, made in China. Does find watch as device and shows connected. Immidiately it disconnects with message "illegal devices - use genuine" . The application does not work at all. Plus it shows many Mac addresses instead of one mac address. Totally disappointed with application as doesn't work at all.
