Well I would have liked this a lot it was exactly what I was looking for simple without all the fancy stuff in the other photo apps, but it will not let me crop my photos at all they just go back to their original size so then the frames block out the faces on some of the pics and it is very annoying.

2. I have tried and tried and nothing I do will let me crop, this is a wasted download do not recommendBeautiful, original frames with nice sparkles to add to the pictures.

1. Fix Magic Frame Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Magic Frame: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Magic Frame App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Magic Frame" » Open Magic Frame: Sparkle Photos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Magic Frame » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Magic Frame: Sparkle Photos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Magic Frame servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Magic Frame: Sparkle Photos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Magic Frame app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Magic Frame might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Magic Frame. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Magic Frame then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Magic Frame not working

2. Fix Magic Frame Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Magic Frame be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Magic Frame not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Magic Frame may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
