Why should I report an Issue with KiraKira+ - Sparkle Effects?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Dont bother with this app unless you love seeing pointless ads every time you pick up your phone.I kept having these random ads pop up all the time and had no idea where it was from and tried to switch it off from settings.

2. BUT if you need to keep adds , keep it! But not any random time when I am not using the app!!!!!! Just opening the phone and seeing an addddd !!! REMOVE THIS-YOU ARE LOOSING PEOPLE.

IMMEDIATELY was hit with an unskippable ad...I get wanting to generate revenue but if the very first thing I see on your app isn't your app but you advertising a completely diff app, why bother with yours? I didnt bother seeing the rest of the app, they gave off a terrible first impression I'm inclined to believe (they want money not app users)I love that Glitter and bling-bling, very nice app.

4. SO MUCH SPAM AND IT'S SO ANNOYING! Once I find out the root cause I deleted it straight away and read the reviews and should have done that before downloading!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP UNLESS YOU LOVE USELESS ADS POPPING UP CONSTANTLY!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡20 dollars a yr after you download and after free trial.

5. Plus I kept getting random ads spamming my phone after phone calls, and just randomly whilst I was in bed.

6. Also my keyboard wasn't working whilst trying to type, kept disappearing every time I was trying to type.

7. its a good thing google pops up to bill you because they say small fee to use the service? its a fn sparkling filter... which the font is barley readable and it just says to hit continue so i assumed like most to hit that to just use the filter/app.

8. Within a minute of downloading it & opening it it completely crashed my phone.

9. Couldn't video through my normal camera, it kept stopping videos after 4 seconds.

10. The videos are better quality, but even those instead of 4k (the highest quality my camera is able to record at) come out more like 1080p size.

11. Just wish photos saved in higher quality! They definitely lose a lot of detail vs the regular cameras photos.

1. Fix KiraKira+ Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KiraKira+: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KiraKira+ App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KiraKira+" » Open KiraKira+ - Sparkle Effects » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KiraKira+ » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KiraKira+ - Sparkle Effects app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KiraKira+ servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KiraKira+ - Sparkle Effects" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KiraKira+ app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KiraKira+ might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KiraKira+. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KiraKira+ then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KiraKira+ not working

2. Fix KiraKira+ Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KiraKira+ be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KiraKira+ not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KiraKira+ may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
