Why should I report an Issue with Parent Lab–Daily Parenting App?

This is a great idea and could be profitable, but you need to test user experience with each and every step with every update or you're going to lose people before you ever start charging.I like the app but it has been closing out everytime I'm trying to read anythingI was really excited about this app even after I learned you have to pay for it... but then I saw that you only get two credits per month! so even after I pay for something I can only access two different kits.

2. At least add price to top of descriptionSo amazing! I am a psychology students with a focus on child development and psychology and I found this app incredibly helpful! The courses and exercises are not only helpful to children but to myself! Would recommend to any parent or educator!Just started this week but absolutely love the fact based articles and the parenting approach! Love that it is teaching me that I need to care for myself to better care for my child.

3. Very annoying to keep doing this each time, especially when I pay a monthly fee to use itStill pretty glitchy from the start, which should be one of the first things worked out (you want customers to be able to sign up and see content, not turn them away without getting to that!).

4. Though I will not be paying 4.99 for two kits per month, so bye after free trial.During the commercial and by the fact that you can download for free this app misleads you into thinking it has free content.

5. Most other parenting programs or articles I have read, don't really remind you that you're health is important to your child's health.I downloaded the app, logged in with Google account, and it asked me when my child was born.

6. So either you need to mark free content better or make the app show it costs a monthly fee.

7. I get it, the app is still within its first year, but maybe you shouldve built a lot more material up before a full release and started charging people.

8. If I'm paying actual money for your app I should get full access to your content.

9. Unfortunately, EVERY time I listen to an episode it does not seem to register that it's complete.

10. I cant open the activities unless I go back into the episode AGAIN, and re-do a portion of listening to the episode.

11. Only THEN does the app register that the episode is complete and unlock the activities.

1. Fix Parent Lab Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Parent Lab: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Parent Lab App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Parent Lab" » Open Parent Lab–Daily Parenting App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Parent Lab » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Parent Lab–Daily Parenting App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Parent Lab servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Parent Lab–Daily Parenting App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Parent Lab app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Parent Lab might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Parent Lab. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Parent Lab then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Parent Lab not working

2. Fix Parent Lab Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Parent Lab be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Parent Lab not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Parent Lab may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
