Why should I report an Issue with ProApp : Learn UX UI Design?

1. First when you've completed the topic, and then when you've pressed the next button.It's not compatible with screen portrait mode, and it would be much easier to learn on laptop if we would also have a windows app or able to use it on web.I'm giving a 4 at this time because what I'm really looking for is an animation app where I can just create my own art story, I'm trying to criticize Apple but for example, storyboard animator.

There's a 9 - 10.5 hr difference between their time and mine, I send in queries but get replies at like 2 - 5 am in my time, which is inconvenient (self explanatory).I am a Design student, Really enjoying learning with this Application, My concepts are getting cleared and also Love the interface.2 days of using this app and it's the absolute best.

3. I love the challengesI really love this App💖💖 .Me being a graphic designer am expanding my knowledge & getting to learn a lot of design skills that I didn't know.

4. Re-Arrange all courses from beginner to advanced in order.I love everything but the quizzes taken should have review where a testee can see where he/she had it wrong and can correct his/her shortfalls.The app is okay.

5. If maybe you have a suggestion for that sort of thing, that would be fantastic.Everything is good, only issue is for a beginners, courses should be in order, there are many courses it is confusing which course to choose first.

6. With this App installed in your phone📱 you don't need to go to some college or university to study📚 and have your degree or Certificate for you to be A graphic or UX/UI Designer.

7. It'd be good if time difference was considered when support is being offered.

8. Need to fix glitches and provide desktop access.The content is great so this is one of few apps I subscribe to.

1. Fix ProApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ProApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ProApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ProApp" » Open ProApp : Learn UX UI Design » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ProApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ProApp : Learn UX UI Design app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ProApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ProApp : Learn UX UI Design" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ProApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ProApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ProApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ProApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ProApp not working

2. Fix ProApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ProApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ProApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ProApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
