1. It's so much fun seeing them understand and feel confident in the facts they are learning.My daughter loves the kits we get each month.

2. Are your apps not compatible with Google chrome book devices? really did not want to always use the cell phone fpr each experiment would like to have a larger screen..??Amazingly entertaining.

3. I am just a mom who was desperate to get my daughter into science.I keep getting a pop up saying there is no information available at this time.

4. Amazing kit (first one so far) and can hardly wait to continue with my annual script.nice app but missing experiments A few experiments such as the Flame and Minerals kit are not documented.

5. They tell you it's free but after you waste your time and data downloading it it tells you you need a subscription in order to play it.This app just keeps stopping.

6. My daughter loves these! She's only 7 but she also loves the medical kits too.This is false advertisement at its finest.

7. The Periodic table is there but when you click on experiments we just get a spinning circle loading and nothing happenends.

8. My daughter is not the type of child that gets into physics or any science.

9. I am only giving this a low rating due to my inability to get in contact with anyone.I love how interactive the lessons are with the directions and with the animated explanations.

1. Fix MEL Science Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MEL Science: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MEL Science App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MEL Science" » Open MEL Science: a science lab app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MEL Science » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MEL Science: a science lab app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MEL Science servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MEL Science: a science lab app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MEL Science app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MEL Science might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MEL Science. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MEL Science then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MEL Science not working

2. Fix MEL Science Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MEL Science be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MEL Science not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MEL Science may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
