1. The other half the search function doesn't work.More often than not I have to use the website.We swear by Passport America! It is our first choice in RV Trip Wizard.

2. Why pay exorbinate prices for a place to lay your head when you can pay half price and still have all a campground's amenities at your fingertips? We've been members for at least 10 years and it has saved us quite a bit of money every single year.

3. It's quick and responsive as I pull into a new town looking for a place to park it.The app and program had potential but just like many of the rv parks in the program, this app looks run down and old.

4. It all works except for the search features, when trying to search by amenities it stops with the close app send feedback options.

5. Other than to locate parks, the app seems kind of useless.We've PA members for 5 years and it has paid for lifetime membership costs several times.

6. Unable to get the card into Google wallet either.The app directs you to join or renew, but there doesn't seem to be a member access sign in.

7. That said I have been using the web to search for sites and just downloaded the android app with the date of the 21st update.

8. The update does look better, doesn't log you out going backwards like before.My comments are about the app, not about P.A. (I really like Passport America, by the way!) The app mostly works, and very well.

9. I am having trouble letting the app know that I am a member, which makes it unable to accept certain input from me, such as adding a testimonial to a place I've stayed.

10. Then you go on PA and all these grat camp sites pop up along the route and in no time I had reservations spaced out perfectly for my trip! Love this site!Pretty useless for a fee.

1. Fix Passport America Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Passport America: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Passport America App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Passport America" » Open Passport America » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Passport America » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Passport America app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Passport America servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Passport America" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Passport America app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Passport America might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Passport America. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Passport America then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Passport America not working

2. Fix Passport America Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Passport America be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Passport America not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Passport America may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
