Deleted it.i love this for one thing which is the fact that it has to do with connecting Africans and that i why i installed it when i was on youtube.. but unfortunately i can't sign in, I've tried using two phone numbers but it's saying invalid phone number and there is no west africa in the time zone option... this apps needs to be worked..Its just stuck on French you can translate to English...and there are some African countries that speaks English..maybe this is not for all Africans, but for the French speaking Africans...no westafrican time zone...when you've improved on that please do let us know but for now the app is not useful ...sorryIt says verification code been send but never received one.

1. Fix One Africa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart One Africa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the One Africa App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "One Africa" » Open One Africa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for One Africa » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear One Africa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from One Africa servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "One Africa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check One Africa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, One Africa might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall One Africa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall One Africa then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing One Africa not working

2. Fix One Africa Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make One Africa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to One Africa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, One Africa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
