1. I downloaded so many File Explorer apps but only this and another one could do it!! All others failed to do!! I'm finally happy!!!!! Thank you Explorer File ManagerMy SD card became corrupted and I tried so many ways (other apps, computer) to access its contents- most importantly, my lyrics- and although I couldn't restore them toy phone, I was able to enter the SD card and obtain my lyrics.

That is its purpose and that trumps any lack of frilly look.A garbage app, I go onto it to do a simple thing of copying and pasting some of my videos to a we and it crashes my system MULTIPLE TIMES, and don't forget when I got on the app and copied and went to my we and hit paste it said error! don't install,your waisting your time!Needed to be able to access & view sd card contents on Android phone.

I'll keep the app for future purposes.only just started to use it but it i hope it will run better than the pre installed softwre that simply reads file extensions, and if they're not on the list, you cannot use/execute them, fingers crossed.

4. you do not need to Grant these permissions to use the app as a file browser.It's a good file explorering app but NOT intuitive and doesn't use the Android COMMON USER STANDARDs to get things done.

1. Restart Explorer File Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Explorer File Manager App. Here is how:
