1. I hope the exchange option was a little more user-friendly; sometimes, it takes too long to call and make the exchange.Very nice, I put shoes in my basket I hope it us still in my basket, One particular problem is it does not let you see the shoe you want to buy cause the settings does not show on the screen, it shows on the far Left of the screen, it is impossible to see the shoe and the price, until you put it in your cart.Good selection, much better than the website but it has one outstanding issue.
2. On my macbook there is always an error message on the desktop site and in general I can't shop with Nike that way due to the issues there but the mobile version is simple to use enough on my phone.
3. Inflation!¡!! But I do like this SUMMER sale though!! Nike makes a lot of money, I am definitely surprised the app and website have so many glitches.
4. Update 6/21/23, the app still won't open lol!! Wild!!The Nike app; is user friendly.
5. Tried placing an order got to check out and it spun so long my phone went to sleep.
6. When I got back in, the shoes were sold out and or no longer in my size.The app is pretty terrible when trying to place an order.
7. I successfully have been able to add an item to my cart or favorite an item maybe 50% of the time over the past couple of years.
8. What would the Nike app need to add to their app to get, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐’s from me? Would be to add a dark theme mode to switch too.
9. This app is so annoying and frustrating I'll just shop at ASICS and Mizuno instead.I like the app but for the past few days, the app could not open at all no matter what I did.
10. They've asked me gazillion times for my delivery details and they reply sometimes without even reading my previous message.
11. Trying to set it to let me pick up at a drop location and it won't register my selections, no matter how many times I try it.
