1. Bottom Line: You will find what you want at a reasonable price, in a short amount of time! (and earn Rewards for each $$ spent)So disappointing and frustrating! I have had issues for the last 2 months trying to just open the app! It's literally just frozen.

2. The online website isn't as user friendly.What did you do when you've done the last updates for "bug" fixes & "optimizing" phone experience?! It hasn't worked in weeks...months... ya get the red "Famous" screen & that's it.
