1. Seriously frustrated I lost all that information.easy to use, connects with other apps, great tool for tracking your goals!! doesnt connect with my real check ins at the front desk but you can manually add it.Easy and quick to schedule classes.Works perfectly.

2. Seems half a**ed... There's spots for deals, challenges (last one on the app was Feb 2017), and connections but those all seem like ideas the FitFactory forgot or abandoned.

3. I like that I can see class schedule and enroll ahead of time but overall the app seems pretty neglected.Wouldn't recommend using this to record workouts.

5. I guess it's nice I can see my check ins? For as much marketing that's being done for this app, I'd say work on it way more.

1. Fix Fit Factory Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fit Factory: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fit Factory App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fit Factory" » Open Fit Factory » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fit Factory » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fit Factory app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fit Factory servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fit Factory" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fit Factory app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fit Factory might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fit Factory. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fit Factory then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fit Factory not working

2. Fix Fit Factory Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fit Factory be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fit Factory not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fit Factory may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
