1. A fine cab company, which as a customer service rep I call on behalf of my hotel guests all the time, but a non-functional app.
2. (You can call union cab and order a ride) I used it for the first time was able grasp how to use it staightaway from order to payment.
3. Been a loyal customer of theirs for going on 20 years, and have friends who drive for them, so I won't stop using them just because of app problems, but it's a shame the app keeps having this booking issue.
4. Probably switching cab companies, too.Worse app I have used, stuck in search mode once I booked, had to force stop and once that was done it still went back to the searching page, I didn't even know if I was going to be picked up or not.

6. I uninstalled this and most likely will just call dispatch if I need a ride.I had nonstop issues wirh the app.
7. Fix that, and it'll be an easy 5 star app.Every time I try to book a cab, it tells me my password is incorrect.
8. Got set up without a problem, but for some reason it's giving me an error that "we can't pick up from that area," even though the app says they're only a minute away, and I am in the core of their service area.
9. Even when I re-register and immediately attempt to log on using the exact same password, it tells me my password is wrong.

11. Fix gps/hanging and this is easily a 4-5 star app.Great cab company, but as others have reported, I can no longer book through the app.
