Rang to complain and the dispatcher Catherine was very rude to me and insisted that I cancel the booking and wouldn't allow me to talk to anyone else.Was a great app, only lately i try to book a quoted price job & it just keeps searching till i give up and ring to book, which ends up costing more money as it isn't a fixed fare so the drivers take the long way 😡Booked a ride 12 hours in advance.

The app didn't let me know that a cab had been ordered and accepted my job so I cancled it inconviencening The driver who had to accept the job twice after I rebooked with more details thinking the job was being ignored only to find out it was the app that was faulty when a cab showed up although the app was still searching for a cab for the job.

3. I made a booking 2 hours In advance and the taxi was only dispatched when my ride was supposed to arrive so it was still half an hour away.
