1. They wonder why they are losing businessThis company is terrible, I reserved a cab the day before I needed it, then sat around waiting, called them 15 min after my pick up time, they said there were none available, how do you accept a reservation without actually knowing a cab was going to be available? Or if you accept a reservation make sure a cab is available, this is why they are becoming obsolete and uber is taking overReserved a ride over 12 hours in advance as impossible to get rideshare in our neighborhood and needed to get to airport.
2. I called to confirm my pick up the night before and morning of and was told it was in the system then an hour before pickup I called again (thanks to previous reviews I was wary).
3. Call coastal the night prior or just get an Uber or Lyft because they're more reliable.Worst service ever.
4. Easy to book and just as easy for them to CANCEL BOOKING THREE MINUTES PRIOR TO SCHEDULED PICKUP.
5. Drivers cancel, no shows, 1-4 hour wait times YES I once had a driver call me 4 hours AFTER I got home if i needed a ride.
6. This is the least reliable can service ever......Made a reservation on the app the night prior for 0420AM.
7. At least cancel it an hour before so I can find an alternate ride (Lyft, Uber etc)This new update won't even let me sign in anymore when I was already signed in.
8. Don't offer reservation service if you can't deliver, especially with booking that far in advance.
9. Don't waste time booking in advance because they do not guarantee on time pickups or pickups at all.
10. On that final call I was told some one will arrive if available and they would call me when they arrived.
11. Even if I book in advaceBooked a pick up on this app the night before, they bailed on me 3 minutes before I was scheduled to be picked up.
