Motorola Customer Insights

1. I do get notifications every time there is movement, and the camera stays connected to the router very well, and so far the streaming has worked great for me! Extra bonus - my dad got a great price on the camera itself because they clearanced it for some reason.So frustrating! When it works, the sound and video quality is fabulous.

2. The video quality isnt brilliant but it is good enough, and I really wish that it wasnt so cluttered, especially as most of the clutter comes from the optional premium plans which we are not using.

3. I have also just reinstalled the app on my phone because the audio stopped working--fortunately that solved the issue, but it was yet another problem I've had.The app works well for viewing the camera feed.

4. In order to view the live feed, you must exit the app and relaunch it.Works well for me! I have the "freemium" plan and it seems to be working fine.

5. We like the baby tracker, however the data graphs no longer show up with a message that states "No data present." This is not the case, as I can clearly see each entry recorded in list view.

6. Would like to know what needs to be done to fix it.After my parent unit for my baby monitor died about 8 months after getting it I've been stuck with the app.

7. The latest update made the tracking worse because it doesn't even want to load the main list.Very usefull and does what is advertised without much hassle setting it up.

8. This is perhaps not the company's fault, but the tiny multitasking window doesn't offer any indication that you've been disconnected, rendering it totally unreliable.

9. I haven't been able to connect to my monitor in over a week, even after resetting and repairing.

10. It's not a deal breaker, but it is frustrating because I found the graphs interesting to read to determine trends over time.

11. The graph feature worked well for a few days, but no longer.Disappointed. I have high speed internet and have no issues with any streaming apps.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Motorola Issues

1. Fix Motorola Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Motorola: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Motorola App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Motorola" » Open Motorola by Hubble Connected » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Motorola » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Motorola by Hubble Connected app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Motorola servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Motorola by Hubble Connected" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Motorola app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Motorola might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Motorola. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Motorola then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Motorola not working


2. Fix Motorola Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Motorola be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Motorola not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Motorola may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
