1. If you're worried about night vision, get a device designed for it.Excellent app, definitely worth a purchase for the money! I set up the "camera" on my iPad and the "monitor" on my phone.

2. You can just change camera veiw 🤦🏼Uninstall and I want my money back! What a scam.So slow and unreliable that it's essentially useless - just spend the money on some real monitors, there are a ton of reasonably-priced cameras out there.

3. Works great as a pet monitor but every time I try to talk all I hear is a very loud static sound on both ends and goes on and on until i un-click the microphone.

4. Lowering by one star, video feed is almost always very low quality, and most of the time is spent with connection problems or "starting up".

1. Restart Pet Monitor VIGI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pet Monitor VIGI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pet Monitor VIGI" » Open Pet Monitor VIGI » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pet Monitor VIGI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pet Monitor VIGI app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pet Monitor VIGI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pet Monitor VIGI" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
